IT'S DONE BY OPTIMIZING THE FUEL AND TIMING AS WELL AS THE APPLIED DATA REACTION TIME TO ALLOW THE FUELING WITHIN THE ECM.
WITH THESE CHANGES YOU GET INCREASED POWER AND SMOOTHER RESPONSE.
ALL ECMS SHOULD BE TUNED TO EACH BIKE INDIVIDUALLY FOR MAXIMUM IMPROVEMENTS.
Files made on different bikes then loaded to another bike is not always accurate and only a reference(sometimes worse). These files need tweaked to each bike once loaded to maximize potential. Beware of the dyno shops selling custom maps made on worn out bikes and bikes running at different conditions as well as different fuel qualities,weather conditions and altitudes that you live and ride at. Don't fall trap to these dealers and/or scam artist.
